Level Heading

We’re slowly building something small and special in a little corner of the Somerset Levels.

Surrounded by the landscape, food and people that make this part of Somerset special. There’s a lot still to do, for now we’re simply enjoying the journey.

Level Heading begins with a place. A small orchard, a shepherds hut, a quiet corner we’ve been coveting for years. It’s for the slower side of life. Long walks across the Levels, the River Parrett, local makers, seasonal food and the pleasure of being somewhere calm and quiet.
